Cubby, I'm not sure I can think of anything I'd give a year of my life for. Maybe to save a person I love? To cure an incurable person. Save a species that will become extinct otherwise. That might make me feel the exchange was equal. Still not much of a bargain unless you are able to eliminate broad ranges of suffering or do something really special with it. I can do a lot in a year. Every second counts.

ReplyDeleteI try to focus on staying healthy by being active, and loving the skin I'm in.
I would gladly give up a year of my life for the perfect bod, just as long as it is the last year of my life and not the current year.
